Horizon 6 day Elegant night schedule?

We will be on the horizon over Christmas for a 6 day cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. We have dinner reservations on the Jamaica and Cozumel evenings. We picked those nights because we were told elegant nights would probably be on two sea days and we want to eat in the MDR on those nights. Now that that itinerary has started sailing out of Miami, can someone confirm the schedule for the elegant nights? Thanks!
