Morning Sightseeing in Sydney - pre cruise

We are arriving in Sydney on the day of the sailing around 8:30am....we would like to be picked up from airport and given a half day tour of Sydney before dropping us at Port.  Princess does not offer this.  Looking for a reasonable option for this.  any ideas???  There are two of us.

go to the port drop your bags and then do the HOHO bus from George Street, don’t think it’ll work if leaving from White Bay.
