Carnival Magic Deck 9 or 11?

Hello! I booked a cruise on carnival Magic and chose a room on deck 9 (cabin 9323). Afterwards, I noticed it was right below the Lido Market area. Do I have to be concerned about a lot of noise? There is a room open on deck 11 (11263). Should I switch to that one. Price is negligible to me. The potential problem I have seen with deck 11 is more rocking than other decks. Thoughts? TIA
