Carnival - Tabyana Beach Break

The duration for this excursion is 4 hours.  For those who have done this excursion through Carnival,  how much beach time did you have?

the way I read the description on Carnival site, you can stay longer if you want, there is a bus leaving every 30 minutes to return people to port.  I think they put 4 hours just as a general estimation.  It is about 45 minute ride from Mahogany Bay each way.
