Customer Service adress ashore to place a complaint

Dear fellow cruisers, can you provide an email contact to place a complaint?
We had some issues with our Costa Magic Cruise a few weeks ago. 

The most critical point: We had cockroaches in our Suite.

Now we are afraid that we maybe took them home since it was obviously not possible to exterminate them.

Any advise would be great.

Info@costa.it is the email address for complaints, although you would be better off putting it in writing to Genoa I hope you have photographic proof as we have been on the Magica 5 times and cleanliness was first class.
