Pirate Airworks- Ketchikan

I am doing a bunch  of research and I want to possibly surprise my mom with a joint Mothers Day/Birthday gift during our trip in August. I am looking at a bunch of  ideas and one is doing a flight seeing tour to the Misty Fjords. One of the companies I keep coming back to is Pirate Airworks because they still  have 8am availability, the price is comparable to other companies, the include ground transportation and  they do not have a weight limit or surcharge (one of us will be just slightly over, especially a few days into vacation). The trip advisor reviews look mainly positive but I want to hear any first hand experiences.
