Driving from Hotel in Elizabeth NJ to Cape Liberty Port

I will be driving from Pittsburgh to the Embassy Suites in Elizabeth NJ the day before my May 23 cruise on the Anthem.  Usually, I stay at the Country Inn & Suites and take advantage of their Park, Sleep, & Cruise package but they were booked.  Therefore, this year I will be driving my car to the port.  I will be depending on my car's navigation system.  Is there any road construction that I should be aware of?   My greatest fear is missing a turn and ending up in the city 😀🙂😐😯😪

Embassy Suites offers a park and cruise package.  Is there any reason you didn’t opt for that?  You will pay $202 to park at the port, which is probably way more than Embassy Suites will charge you.
