obnurse Posted April 14, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2004 First of all, FORGIVE ME for asking this quesiton again. I'm sure it's been covered a million times, but how much is the unlimited soft drink card for a 7 day? This will be our first Carnival sailing and we're big soda drinkers. Thanks! Happy cruising! kc
keysjohnson Posted April 14, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2004 The last I heard, they are around $35 for a 7-day cruise. But it's only for glasses, not cans. They will pour you a glass out of the can.
marklodi Posted April 14, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 14, 2004 From Carnival's site:
quote:
What is the Fountain Fun Card? We will offer to all guests the option to purchase a "Fountain Fun Card" which will allow them unlimited soft drinks for the duration of the cruise at a one time purchase price (including gratuities). In all locations where beverage service is offered, guests may receive a glass of the soft drink of their choice - one glass will be served at a time and only to the guest whose name appears on the card. obnurse Posted April 14, 2004 Author #5 Share Posted April 14, 2004 That's seems expensive. We paid $17.50 on Princess last year for the 7 day. Thanks for the info, everyone. Happy cruising! kc
kajsb Posted April 14, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 14, 2004 kc, I am a big soda drinker too and picky about what I drink. I find the only way to do it is pack my own sodas. We will probably take a case of diet cokes on our 7 day cruise. Between our other beverages of choice, this should do it. And it sure saves a lot of $$ than I can spend elsewhere on the cruise. obnurse Posted April 19, 2004 Author #7 Share Posted April 19, 2004 Kathy, I think we may do just that! It's pretty convenient to just flash your card, though! We'd probably get our money's worth. You and I are on opposite sides of the fence, though.....it's Diet Pepsi all the way for me!! kc
