NCL Getaway - TA - Rotterdam to Amsterdam Tour

I am booked on a TA with NCL Getaway from Copenhagen to NOLA next month.  I booked a tour with them for the Rotterdam port for a tour of Amsterdam.  They will transport you to Amsterdam, guide you to a boat ride and leisure on your own for 3 hours.  NCL shore excursions staff do not know where you will be dropped off in Amsterdam following the one hour boat ride on the canal.  Does anyone know what part of Amsterdam  you are dropped off in or the name of the area for the canal tours?
