Being new to Diamond Plus, I had many questions as to how they work. Every question was answered in a very friendly and professional way. When I finished asking my first 20 questions(LOL):D , I was invited to call back anytime, and they would be more than happy to help.. Then to my suprise, The young lady called me back with an update to one of my earliar questions. That to me is real service.. Again, hats off to the DP section of C&A...:)
