Display most recent posts first

The roll used to list most current posts first.  Now the oldest posts appear first and I must scroll down or go to next page(s) to find the most recent post.  How do I set the posts to be displayed in chronological order starting with the newest post?

I do not think you can. See oldie but goody post #6 by CC Help Jenn:

When looking at a list of threads in a forum, are you aware you can click the blue dot or star at the beginning of the thread title to take you to the beginning of your unread posts in that thread? If it is a star that means you have posted in the thread.
