Sorry to dig up an old thread, I just got off the sailing after the one the quoted poster was on.  I'm curious - which crew did you find rude?  We absolutely LOVED the "cruise staff" last week.  We had a couple of favorites from the entertainment crew but found them generally better than on other cruises we've been on.  Jake was VERY involved in many of the activities and he seemed very nice.
