Bravo, bravo, bravo to you Carnival for being the first to break thru and join the fast growing trend towards low carb eating. The food industry woke up to it and now they are profiting, you can bet your stars I'll be booking with Carnival just because it is low carb. I hope the other ships don't lose a chance to make a giant leap in this market. It's here to stay. We all love to eat on cruises, but with a little help we can enjoy ourselves a lot more without the guilt. BRAVO
