A friend of mine is taking his first cruise and his T.A. booked him forward on the 4th deck right near the Theatre. Do you think he has a problem????

Most of the people going into the theater will enter through Deck Five rather than Four. So there should not be too much traffic unless you have the rooms right next to the forward elevators, and even then it will probably only people coming down to their own cabins. The shows don't go too late, so I don't think that noise from the theater will be a problem. There is more ship's motion in the forward cabin areas than you will find in cabins that are located more amidships.

 

I think that you will have a wonderful time. The Serenade is a great ship!

:) The Serenade is a great ship. My DW and DD (11) where on the Serenade of The Sea's back in August cruising to Alaska. Will still talk about have beautiful this ship is. It is one of our Favorites. Enjoy your time on The Serenade of the Sea's.
