Santiago - Changing of Guard Schedule 2020?

Trying to arrange a self-guided full day of activities around Plaza de Armas as we have one full open day there.

Does anyone know if they are continuing the changing of the guard with the protests? Is the even / odd schedule the same in 2020 as in 2019?

EVEN days - January, April, May, August, November and December

ODD days - February, March, June, July, September and October

9:50AM on weekdays

10:50AM on holidays/ weekends

Good overview: https://brchile.com/troca-da-guarda-em-santiago/

Ideally I could time the guard changing ceremony with signing up for the free tour of the Presidential Palace and then on to see Cerro Santa Lucia (Park), Biblioteca Nacional de Chile (national library), Mercado Central (market)....and perhaps skipping over to Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos (human rights museum)....if we can cram all that in and be out of that last museum area by dark.
