Yet another Itinerary change for Vision?

I already posted this in the Alaska Forum but thought I would post it here, as well.

 

We were looking at Victoria BC for available tours for upcoming July 7th Alaskan cruise. We found that no tours are availble as there may be a change in the itinerary.

 

Anyone out there hear anything?

I haven't heard anything about any other itinerary change other than the elimination of Tracy Arm. We're on the May 12 cruise and I got the same message as you on Victoria Excursions.

It could be that they have not finalized the tours for Victoria yet. It is still early. Since we do not sail until August, I was supprised we could book excursions now. We have already booked for Skagway and Juneau.

OK, but I much prefer to look at the glass as half empty:D

 

It seems like a long way from Icy Strait Point to Victoria, so it could be that the Vision is not fast enough to make the scheduled time of arrival in Victoria. Guess we will see.
