St Juan Haven waiting room

For our 2/6/2020 cruise, we arrived around 11:00 AM. There are seats after a separate Haven security line but I wouldn't call it a "waiting room". No food or drink at that point. (For the Haven bag drop/security line, go to the right. Regular passenger lines are to the left as you're facing the terminal when you get our of your Uber or taxi.)

After they were ready to check people in, we were led across the terminal to another set of lines to check in and get your keys. There was an additional roped off area with some snacks set up. We never sat there because as soon as we got our keys, they took us on the ship to the Haven for lunch. We were on board around 12:15.

Because they are trying to spread the boarding times out, if you had arrived after noon you probably would have walked right onto the ship.
