loveboaters Posted June 4, 2020 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2020 Avalon has only provided credits for cruises cancelled due to COVID-19. Has anyone had success getting a refund? I am considering going to my credit card company for help. My financial situation has changed dramatically since the start of the pandemic, so I would really like to have the 7K+ as I'm not sure I will be taking a river cruise anytime soon. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PaulS Posted June 10, 2020 #4 Share Posted June 10, 2020 If you read their website closely, you will see that they do offer refunds, but it is in very small print. Our May cruise was cancelled towards the end of March, and we immediately requested a refund.
