UnCruise Alaska Cancellation

UnCruise does not deserve to be in business. This was to be our very first cruise experience and UnCruise ruined it. UnCruise cancelled our Alaska cruise for May 9, 2020 and refuses to refund our $18,000+. UnCruise also did not honor trip insurance which we purchased from UnCruise. We made numerous requests for a refund and all have been rejected. We paid for a cruise that was not provided because UnCruise cancelled it, not us. Our $18,000+ was for a family adventure in Alaska NOT a financial bailout for a cruise operator. During this global pandemic, stay at home orders, travel restrictions, personal financial hardship, it is unreasonable and unacceptable to be denied a refund. We will not be traveling until there is a Covid vaccine. And we do not trust UnCruise to do the right thing for safety or otherwise. Do not believe all the glowing reviews by loyal customers. UnCruise deletes and blocks all negative reviews. During these uncertain times, a company shows their true character. UnCruise is a fraud!
