What's the best way to get to Clearwater Beach from Tampa Airport?

Exit the airport, follow signs for State Road 60 and go West. Stop when you get to the gulf of mexico! :D Truthfully it is that easy to get there. SR 60 ends at Clearwater Beach so you won't have any problems if you just stay on it and follow the signs.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. Need transportation one way only to the beach from the airport. Shuttle or taxi?

We took the airport shuttle once it was fine and not to pricey. We went down to Orlando Jan 1st for the first week of the new year. After a trip to Daytona on day 3 we ended our week at Clearwater Holiday Inn!
