Private tour in San Juan

Can anyone recommend a private tour group in San Juan? We just want a simple tour of authentic food, a Fort, and some shopping. I know we could do it ourselves with a cab, but had a bad experience with a cab in Costa Maya on our last cruise, so my husband would prefer to have something set up ahead of time with a company like we did in Roatan

 It went a lot more smoothly. Thank you in advance for any advice that you have!
