Apex Dining Room Choices

We have the late dinner seating, 8:30 on Apex. There are 4 main dining rooms to choose from. How and when can I select which room we want to eat in each night?   Can we pre-select a table for 2?

If you have late dinner seating, that means you have traditional dining, not select.  With traditional dining you will be assigned to one of the four dining rooms and will have the same table, servers, etc each night.  I haven’t yet sailed on an E class ship (booked on the Apex TA in October - fingers crossed it happens), but i have read that you can order the “exclusive “ items from the other dining rooms as they all share the same galley.  I have also read that by asking the maitre’ d, you may be able to dine in one of the other dining rooms, based on availability.  Those passengers in select dining can make reservations in the various dining rooms pre-cruise if they wish.
