Pre cruise PCR test

Sailing grandeur from Barbados and the pre cruise requirement from an RC email is

''Pre-Cruise: All guests 2 and older, regardless of vaccination status, must present a negative PCR test result no more than 3 days prior to sailing.""

We sail on the Sunday, so does that mean my test can be done Thurs,Fri or sat? Sunday not included?. (or does 3 days mean  Fri, sat AND sun?)

I really need to get the test done on the Thursday see, before flying out Friday.

have a look at this on Rc website

https://www.royalcaribbean.com/gbr/en/faq/questions/how-do-i-figure-out-when-to-get-pre-cruise-covid-19-test

the day you sail doesn't count as one of the days so thursday would be ok

Thank you. I was trying to find that before asking the question on here I knew I'd seen it written with a table somewhere on the website
