Are they cheap in Coz? A friend told me that in St. Martin they were like $12 a carton. Any smokers want to help me out?

They are much cheaper (Compared to NY price of $50per carton) but the price varies depending on where you buy them and what kind...expect to pay about $15-$20 ( that was what I paid in August). Duty free shops had good prices as well as Chedruia. If you smoke 100's or menthol they don't always have every brand. You can find Marlboro everywhere. Pack prices I found were higher than the cost per carton.
