Starboard or Port Side

We will be cruising the Southern Caribbean on Adventure of the Seas. Which side would be better to see the dock adctivity, the port or starboard side? Thanks so much for any advice.

We just returned from the AOS 2 weeks ago and had GS 1324 on the starboard side. Lucky for us, the ship backed in to 3 ports giving us a fantastic view of each port.

If I were you, I'd book starboard ;)
