Pre-Cruise: Manava Tahiti has changed their name?

On their FB page, Manava Suites Tahiti has apparently changed their name to Te Moana Tahiti Resort.  They've also been removed from parent SPM Hotels website. They have a new website address, but it doesn't seem to be active yet.  Has anybody heard about this?  I contacted them about our pre-cruise reservation, and they said "rest assured this does not change your reservation", but not further details.
