New to Mariner of the Seas. any tips?

Hi all. Any advice from Mariner veterans? I’ve been on RCCL many times, but not this ship and never in a Ocean View cabin before. The hubby and I are Diamond. Any suggestions on tier perks on this ship? Hoping to bid on a balcony. Does anyone know the ballpark amount for a minimum bid? Thanks for any suggestions!!
