Vancouver - Princess Priority Boarding (how early?)

1st time out of Vancouver on Princess.  Have priority boarding, staying at the Pan Pacific @ the cruise terminal.  How early can we board?  

 

Also, do we go thru customs here or at 1st Alaska Port? 

 

In Jacksonville 2019, was told boarding was no earlier than noon, but got there at 11, and walked right onto the ship.

You will do US Customs as you board the ship - keep in mind that if you choose to leave the ship after boarding you will have to clear Canadian customs and then re-do US Customs to re-board the ship.

Can't help with what time you will be able to board.
