Wifi Upgrades on new Free at seas offers

We are on a B2B 27 Feb and 6 March, first cruise booked before they changed the FAS on 18 January, you now get 150 mins each whereas before you had 250 mins for first guest. Well I can upgrade just one party on the first cruise but not on the second. I want o actually upgrade the first guest to premium wifi unltd and the second guest to standard unltd- not possible online. NCL making it difficult online. Also note you do not get latitude discount on upgrades and also, I booked a 1 Device package for the second party and although he is Platinum, no discount was granted-he is suppost to get 15%. Is NCl saying that you cannot combine the online discount with latitude discount, basically the wifi discount offered is fake and unobtainable.
