Upgrade Wifi Online Pre Cruise Bookings post 18 Jan 22

I have a B2B booked 27 Feb and 6 Mar, the first part was reserved prior to 18 Jan the second after 18 Jan, so the FAS wifi minutes are different. I have upgraded just myself (main party) for the first cruise, no problem however with the second cruise, which offers 150 minutes each party, you cannot upgrade just one party, I just want to upgrade myself, also I want to upgrade both parties on our families other cabin, however I want the standard upgrade for one party and the premium for the other, the difference is $70pw. Why is NCL making this difficult?

If I leave it till we are onboard, it will no doubt be dearer.
