Please check your reservation before getting off the phone with NCL.

 

Spent nearly an hour on the phone with NCL to get a name changed back. I had called for an air deviation and and in the process, the rep managed to change my mom’s name completely not only on the reservation but in her latitudes account. Mind you, she had even confirmed with me multiple times the names on the reservation. Noticed it within minutes of getting off the phone. Called back and the wonderful rep I ended up with was flabbergasted. She got everything corrected, sent me the confirmation, and had me verify the confirmation before getting off the phone. 

 

Make sure you receive your confirmation and everything is correct before getting off the phone with an NCL rep.
