Things to do in SF. Have overnight cruise stay.

We have an overnight stop in San Francisco, arriving 1 Pm on Wed and departing at 11 PM on Thursday.

 

So far have planned a night tour of Alcatraz for Thursday, but nothing else.  For some reason there are not many ship excursions and the ones they have we have already seen/done - tour of the bay by boat, trip to Salsileto (sp?), wine country tour, Golden Gate Bridge and Park.  

 

Any other thoughts/ideas?  CLose to the pier would be great, but will consider others.
