Rhodes-October 2022

I will be visiting Rhodes via NCL in October. In my research so far, I'm leaning towards this being a beach day. 

1. Is it still warm beach weather here in early October? Any clue on the water temp?

2. I'd love to find a boat tour of some kind that maybe tours around the island and takes you to a few spots. Has anyone done something like this in Rhodes?

This website shows sea temperatures around the world and it includes monthly average temps. The average sea temps for Rhodes in October is 75F.

The Med is not the Caribbean.
