How best to escalate a problem through RCCL

Recommended Posts

I am really struggling here to get resolution.  I have sent three messages and I have called 5 times.  I have spent a total of 6 hours on the phone to correct a problem that seemed simple but has gotten worse. I paid off my cruise on Feb 28.  On March 1 I redeemed a $500 gift cerrificate as an obc. It was add as payment on March 3 and then debited twice (March 3 and March 4) leaving me a balance of $500.  You see all of this in my payment history.  My last call yesterday, I was connected to a supervisor who clearly had her information incorrect. She told me it would take 5-7 days to rectify the matter and extended the last day of payment to March 18 (my orginial date was this Friday). I go into may payment history this morning and now it shows I owe a $1000. They debited another $500 from my account.   I am besides myself right now. No one seems to know how to fix this issue.  I printed my history for my own records. I can't keep spining my wheels with customer services. I am getting nowhere!  Is there another way I can escalate my issue besides calling?
