FCC Redemption Date Question

Hello, on a FCC certificate we have, there is an extra $100 OBC if it is redeemed by a date.  Does the redeemed date mean when the date that the FCC is applied or the actual sailing of the the ship?  TIA

Not sure if what we got is the same as yours. We were given, by email,  a $100 dollar bonus OBC if we used the FCC by march 31, sail by Dec 31 2022 and only for a new booking. The FCC we have has a redemption date of May 31 and a sail date of Dec 31 2022 and would not qualify for the extra OBC, for some reason they they are throwing in a small window, only two weeks,  to get extra OBC
