CARNIVAL KITCHEN

We did the ice cream class on our March 19 sailing. We made one kind of ice cream (a number of flavorings were available to choose from). We made batter for waffle cones (the cones were baked by one of the crew helping with the class). We also made bananas foster, including making crepes and the bananas and sauce. This was actually our favorite part of the class!

 

We also did the cupcake academy class, which is where we learned to make the chocolate melting cake.
