Latitudes rewards - B2B cruise

Hi - we are currently platinum level.  Does anyone know whether when doing B2B cruises whether the rewards are reset on the 2nd leg - so effectively we get 4 speciality reservations ?

If they are two separate cruises with different reservations then yes, you certainly should and if you don’t get them then you should speak to the latitudes rep.

 

If it is on one reservation then you probably shouldn’t, but it does happen. We did a B2B a few years ago which was sold as a 14 day cruise (the Jade was doing alternating itineraries and you could book them as one cruise) and shouldn’t have got repeated perks, but I think we did actually get them,

You absolutely get your latitudes rewards for both weeks regardless of how the reservation was booked.  Sometimes it will not be in the system to place a new set of latitudes benefit coupon books, chocolate covered strawberries and boxed water in the cabin for the second week. If this happens, you just go to the Cruise Next desk and they will take care of it.
