Glory- upperdeck #6, can you hear the casino below?

Hi,
Was wondering if anyone has stayed on deck 6 above the casino? Can you hear all the noise from the slots in your cabin?
I appreciate any information!

The engine hum must block out the slots because we've stayed in a cabin over the casino and never heard anything. Not even the winners screaming [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]

We had cabin 6385 on the glory which is not directly over the casino but very close..we heard nothing the entire cruise except for our neighbors on the balcony their sons name was Joey lol

I was in 6379 and didn't hear casino noise (slots or crowds) but did sometimes get to hear the band.
Seem's my cabin was directly over them, and it was only really loud when they would be tuning up.

We just got off the Glory- last Saturday May 15, and stayed in room 6322 and we could hear the slots and the crowds all night. But it really didn't bother us to bad. We were still able to sleep.

Hi. We sailed on the Glory in cabins 6295 and 6297, which are right over the edge of the casino. I was really concerned as we were travelling with my daughter who was 20 months at the time. A few nights were could faintly hear the slots and the cheering of the winners, but it was very faint and didn't really bother us. I also brought a sound machine from home (since I am used to sleeping with it on) and this helped. I would worry more if your cabin were over the dance club. Have a great cruise.
