Verify problem

I keep trying to upload my husbands covid test from Walgreens but I keep getting the following message.  It let me add my test result.

Are you trying to use the bar code or are you uploading the entire document? I think I had trouble with the barcode so I uploaded the entire document and it was accepted very quickly.

If you haven't done so, I would make sure you're using the latest version of the application.  There could have been a change to the back end and the version that you have is no longer compatible.

If using the barcode it will NOT work IF the verifly app does not have an agreement with whatever company did your testing. Gee whiz, you would think somewhere in the app that would be stated! But nope, nowhere to be found.

 

The workaround is simple...upload the entire document. Once you do that you should receive your verification fairly quickly.  In my case 5 minutes.
