After reading the responses, my assumption is that it varies by itinerary.

 

On my trips with the Panorama, final disembarkation was scheduled for 10:45AM - 11:00AM, and the last passengers were off the ship shortly after 11AM.  Breakfast is pulled at 9:30AM, so if you arrive shortly before that time, you can enjoy a late breakfast.  FWIW, there's generally a limited selection (including no omelette toppings) by that time.  You can hang out on the Lido or near the coffee shop in the Promenade only.

Thanks.  I read somewhere on Carnivals site that the lido breakfast would be open to 9:15 am.   All of the feedback indicates that a 10 am pick up is probably a good bet for our cruise.  If we learn something different on board, we can always contact the car service I suppose.  But I'm thinking 10 am is pretty safe at this point.
