Do Freestyle Machines Have Water?

Just wondering if the Freestyle machines (specifically on Independence of the Seas) have an option for water?  I'm considering the soda package but sometimes I just want water.

They used to have plain water as an option pre shutdown (we never get the refreshment package because we only drink water during the day) and it was nice to be able to go up to one of the Freestyle machines and just get ice and water. Post restart, the only water you can get out of the machine is Dasani, and only if you have the package. Fortunately, you can still get ice for free.
