Advice on Tipping Tour Guides

Have several excursions planned upcoming and curious how others handle tipping tour guides?  Is there a "standard"?   What if there are multiple stops (ie Dunn Falls, Blue Hole and Float Trip).  How do you handle and what is customary?? Thank you in advance for any advice!

I always tip at least 20%.  We are doing a tour in Jamaica with multiple stops.  It costs $200 for my party of 4.  I will most likely give a $40 tip ($10 from each person), or a little more depending on how much fun we have.

I'll bring a handful of singles to tip at the Falls or Blue Hole if I feel I need to.

$40 is a good tip but once we get a service over the top we always tip well 🙂
