Lawsuit Pending against FEMA

Hi All,

I read on a very relaible web site today that there has been lawsuit against FEMA to prevent the eviction of people living on the SCOTIA PRINCE and other ships in FEMA service. apparently the feds are returning the ships at the end of there current contract, with no replacements. I know that Carnival is planning to rehab the ships and put them back in service by the end of March. The evictions are scheduled for march 1st.

not a good sign of things to come. Guess FEMA should have thought a little ahead. I am sure Carnival will be looking for there ships back because of dry dock times etc.
