Changing cruisers after booking

Will NCL allow passenger name changes after booking.  Two of our party are unable to cruise & I want to invite friends that might be able to take their place?  Is this doable?

Yes, as long as you are the first person on the reservation.  Now if FCC's are used for the ones that are no longer going, those are returned to them and not kept with the original reservation.

As long as you are not after final payment and of course if you are using FCC which would make a difference you are free to do whatever you want. You have to call and make the change, can’t do it online.

We did it two weeks before a cruise.  NCL was great.  Didn't even charge us a name change fee.
