Alternatives for Cruise Planner Calendar?

Does anyone have any good suggestions of an app to use and create a calendar of activities prior to date of embarkation when you finally can add them to your Celebrity app? Each time I've waited, and ended up missing something like a band or activity because I overlooked it on the day I was trying to add everything to my planner in the app, which isn't terribly helpful anyway. I think I remember using an app at Disney that was super helpful in tracking all bookings, reservations, shows, etc, you could look at it and it would say something like "here's what's going on right now". Super intuitive and helpful. It would be great for something like that, but I know it might not be out in the ether someplace.
