Interesting. I got a similar e-mail this afternoon, without the "You've Earned" language, and my balance is still the remaining amount I had after booking a couple of things. I'd sure like to be awarded more!

Yeah ... I had already spent the original $800 from our cabin, and thought they'd dropped another $800 on me.  The "you've earned" thing was the odd bit that caught my attention.  Guess you didn't have to work the galley to get yours 😄

 

Looks like they're just encouraging a spend down of existing OBC balances.  I realized after my original post, since deleted, that the booking number in the email was for the 2nd cabin.

I didn't pay a lot of attention to the email but saw the additional OBC offer here, or somewhere.  Emailed our CVP and was able to get an additional $200 on one of 3 cruises.
