The worst cruise we have experienced.

EVERY hotel/ship/resort can have situational issues.

Unfortunately OP experienced some NOT so great things, that weren't handled up to par.

 

But by & large most people do not have issues, or they are so small it is just a blip in the week.

Wonderful to hear!  We're on Caribe deck in Oct.  What cabin were you in, if you don't mind telling?
