Do the restaurants only pre book a few tables?We cruise in 15 days and most restaurants show almost no times available? Do they hold reservations for boarding day?

They hold some for on board bookings.  They have to accommodate those who booked dining packages where you book your times once on the ship.  Also some high level suites have unlimited specialty dining and of course some spots for those who didn’t book ahead.
