We just walked and looked around in Rhodes. The ship docks very near the city wall of the old town with most everything you would want to see.

 

If in Kusadasi, you want to go to Ephesus and all the tourist spots in that direction, Mesut Yilmaz <mesutyilmaz74@yahoo.com> or <sisan@sisantours.com> is a super guide. We really enjoyed our day with him. He speaks excellent English, replies quickly to e-mails, and in general, just does a great job tailoring your day to your needs and wants. I recommend him highly.
