Just wondering if there is a Cigar Shop is located near the Port...( with walking distance )

There are 2.   Authentic Cigars and Lounge and Cigar Emporium (which is a La Casa del Habano).  Both have websites.

Are the 2 cigar shops mentioned above trustworthy in what they sell?

I would trust the Cigar Emporium for Cuban as they are an authorized dealer.    Either shop is going to have good cigars from other places.  Just take a closer look and be aware as to what the labels you're seeking and wrappers look like.  I wouldn't try anything out of the ordinary, i.e., "special deals just in" type of marketing.
